The Chakravyuha
Drona's army forms a turning, many-ringed formation. Abhimanyu knows how to break in, but not how to get out. You take his place. You will see only part of the battlefield, and every ally and enemy acts on what they know.
Each turn: move one tile, wait, or scout. Click a unit or tile to inspect it.
Walls can only be crossed at gates: the gaps with torches and a glowing threshold.
Faded walls and gates are memories. The formation turns, so they may have moved.
Mist covers ground you have never seen. A ? marks the edge of what you know.
An ally beside you blocks one point of pressure. An ally beside a sentinel pins it.
Ending a turn beside one costs 1 resolve. ! means it is hunting you. Hatched ground shows where one you saw recently could be now.
Once you break in he seals the outer gates. A gate with an ally on it cannot be sealed.
Every few turns the walls turn and the gates move. The countdown is in the top bar.
Goal: reach the golden lotus at the centre, then return to the field through an outer gate that is still open. Right-drag pans the camera, C changes the view.
Your thinking time is not counted while the game is paused.
High adds shadows, bloom and anti-aliasing. Choose Fast on older laptops.
Reduced turns off camera shake.
